" I have HUGE trap, neck, shoulder problems due to a fecet joint problem and bulging discs. I've tried EVERY pillow under the sun.....including the Mediflow. Mediflow was pillow of choice (bought on Amazon) until I found the one I'm using now. I bought a cervical traction pillow from www.Arc4Life.com and I LOVE It. Best I've ever tried and I'll definitely continue to purchase when mine wears out. The only negative is that once you get used to it, the slight traction feeling you feel in the beginning wears off (and it feels so good to have that gentle pull on your neck when you lie down in the beginning.....really takes the pressure from all of the days gravity out of your spine). I still have a lot of problems....but moreso from doing exercises I know I'm forbidden to do.....but I’m hard headed. Can't say enough good about the cervical traction pillow though! I Love my Pillow- Sitting on an airpline, then on a train for many hours was very difficult. After travelling all day and visiting my sister my neck was aching and sore. I got to my sisters' and she had this funny looking pillow with a "V" on it. She insisted that I try it out for the night.
