Here are some great pick-me-ups, energy boosters, and stress relievers for this weeks post:
- Eat a good, healthy breakfast. There’s a reason you hear that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. There’s also a reason you hear things like “you are what you eat,” “you put out what you take in,” I could go on but you get the point.
- Drink more water Many studies show that you should drink at least 8 glasses of water a day and if you feel thirsty, your body has been dehydrated for some time. Don’t forget that H2O or its parts are involved in the vast majority of all body reaction which your body needs to function and remain healthy.
- Practice stress relief techniques- some examples are breathing exercises, smiling more, helping others, and massage just to name a handful. Everyone’s a little different, in face some feel really good using #4…
- Exercise regularly. Not only does this get your blood flowing, help you sweat out toxins and increase your oxygen intake, but it helps your body to disperse certain hormones and cells needed for repair and healing, as well as vital body process to take place.
- Be thankful! Stress is very mental. Keeping your mind healthy can be just as important as your physical body. You may have neck pain, headaches, or even neck pain with pain traveling into the arms, but you can bet there’s someone out there who’s got it worse than you. Not only that, you may have plenty you’ve got going for you. Just the fact you are able to get on the internet and read this is huge; many aren’t even that lucky. Visit Arc4life.com or The Neck Pain Relief Shop to reduce neck tension and de-stress your neck now!
Now remember, there are many things you can do in addition to this list; most importantly you need to get started right away...and keep at it, these things work but do take some time.
