There are a few reasons for this. First, everyone is a little different. People come in all different shapes and sizes for one. Everyone has different genetics too. This is sort of like a road laid out for you to take. However, genes change every day, so don’t think that because your mother or father had some neck issues you have to also.
Next, we all have had a slightly different past. This means, you may have had some major neck injuries when you were younger. Maybe even a car accident or two. Not to mention just birth itself. Maybe to get you out they had to use the clamps or suction. Both of these can put serious pressure on the neck. Birth is actually where many misalignments start.
Add to that the activities you do on an everyday basis. Some things may involve a certain amount of strain or irritation to neck muscles. Sometimes depending on what happens you strain a different area or different muscle. Just the work you do or your job may create a certain amount of strain.
Now, put all of those things together and add to it your general lifestyle. If you don’t drink enough water or don’t have a healthy diet, for example, you better believe your neck spine won’t be as healthy.
